Helen Secretary is part of the Tommy Lyons family, and Chairperson of the Gwalwa Daraniki Association (GDA). The Association administers the Kulaluk and Minmarama Park communities, and is responsible for overseeing a number of developments aimed at improving the long term physical and economic wellbeing of the tenants of those communities.
